    Easily one of the best hotels in the area. I have attended on a business trip and will definitely return! Be prepared to pre book/notify staff about parking ahead of arrival as they only have 7 spaces, otherwise the NCP is a stone’s throw away.

    Firstly a huge thanks to Nathan who got us a window seat and made us feel very special indeed. One of the best waiters we have ever met. Secondly, massive praise for the floor manager who got us into the skybar in spite of security's best efforts to stop us. And further praise to be heaped upon the new girl, Amelia?? at the bar. Really pleasant and genuinely happy to serve us and chat. All in all one of the best experiences we have ever had, and trust me, we are much travelled. The food was excellent but my only disappointment were the scallops. Just two for £17 and they were still attached to the muscle which is a huge crime as far as I am concerned. That needs sorting. Nevertheless, a huge thumbs up to Malmaison. We most definitely will return.

    Very great location. Hotel room big and cozy, great view from window. Bath is wonderful, really very comfortable, coffee machine (delux room). On the downside, you can't control the heating in your room yourself, you have to call the reception.
