I just didn’t like it. When we arrived we were offered a drink but wasn’t given any information on how things worked at this venue. We had to stop another member of staff just to find out whether we had to order first or join the carvery queue. Carveries, I get you are supposed to go up and get your own food. Trouble is I have disabilities which makes this difficult. I booked this venue for my relative who loves carveries. I tried to queue when the line wasn’t as long, but as soon as I got to where the plates were collected from, the food providers ran out of mash potatoes. So I had to wait longer and I was in bad pain. They don’t provide any options for customers who can’t stand for long periods of time. The Pork was and carrots were dried out. After we had the mains we waited a long while to be able to order desserts. Then we had wait a long time to pay. The only way I’d have a toby again, is to have delivered to my home.

Absolutely shocking from walking in. We were taken to a table at 1.30pm every table was littered with breakfast pots. No one came while we were sat for 2 hours to move them. No one came to take our order or ask what drinks we would like we sorted ourselves out. We then had to go find our own knife and forks. The beef was fatty and tasteless the pork was dry as a bone. The veg and potatoes had all dried up. No one came to ask if everything was ok. The coke was flat all over priced. Very Poor service and shocking food. Will not be back upper management should do a mystery shop and find out for themselves
