Toby Carvery - Badgers Mount

I visited here for a family meal, and we all chose the carvery option for our main. The main carvery meal was nice, however, there was a ten minute wait to be served at the carvery deck and some of the vegetables and the vegetarian gravy were not very warm. The portions for the main carvery were extremely good and the meat was very well cooked. Some of our party had dessert and all desserts were very nice. One of our party had an allergy and this was taken extremely seriously. An iPad was provided with all possible menu options so each possible choice could be checked for potential allergens. The member of staff also said there was an option to have the vegetables steam cooked separately if required. This part was excellent and should be commended. Overall we had a lovely meal but the restaurant did get very busy around standard meal times. Would recommend.

Caroline provided exceptional service during our visit. While we were charging our car, she went above and beyond by even offering to assist us in getting to the nearest subway station. Her professionalism and dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere truly stood out, and she demonstrated a genuine concern for the needs of her clients.

Our server Ryn was absolutely first class. She paid attention and was careful to get everything right. She was very kind and helpful when my daughter, who has a gluten allergy, ordered her food. Attentive, friendly and there when you needed her.
