I was very shocked and disappointed when I visited today for a takeout carvery. I was told I could not box the food up myself and had to have it done for me. Whereas dinners who pay the same and have a plate can choose what veg they want to have on their plate. When I questioned this I was told it was just a new policy, but this seems very unfair and discriminatory especially when you're paying the same price. If you're dining in you can eat asich as you want and also have to wait ages for the food. I will not do this again. Do not recommend

Took my son and grandson on Easter Monday, pre-booked for 3pm, everything was fantastic, the food, the staff, the service. Thank you.

Visited on Friday 25th April, I usually go once a month with friend. It's the 1st I have been disappointed in 3 years. The potatoes had so much water in them we decided to give the mash a miss they looked discussing. The rost potatoes were cold the waitress heated them up by putting them in the microwave. The staff apologise as they were aware of the poor quality of the potatoes. My question is If you knew the quality of the potatoes were poor why serve them? I do hope this is a one off
