    Carvery’s are good, great variety of veg including parsnips. No complaints, other than Gaynor. Very slow, always chit chatting and distracting other staff. Oblivious to her surroundings. Gaynor gets 1 star.

    We had a wonderful dining experience at Toby Carvery - Braintree today (20/03/2025), thanks to our amazing server, Lola. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly hospitable, welcoming us with a warm smile and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our meal. Lola provided excellent service, checking in on us at just the right moments without being intrusive. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly made our visit special. It's always a pleasure to receive such great service, and Lola certainly made a lasting impression. Thank you for making our meal even more enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
